Refund policy

You may cancel within the first 48 hours of purchase with no administrative charge. If you must cancel your conference after 48 hours from purchase, there will be an administrative fee of $100 and we will refund the rest of your conference cost as a letter of credit valid toward any EIM course or program. You may also substitute someone in your place at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued 48 hours before the conference or once the conference begins.
